Shipping sneakers globally isn't as simple as slapping a label on a box and hoping for the best. Different regions, different carriers, different customs regulations, different delivery speeds. Here's exactly how we handle getting your kicks from our warehouse to your doorstep, wherever that doorstep happens to be.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery takes between 6 to 19 days depending on your location. That's a wide range, we know, but international shipping is unpredictable. Urban areas with major logistics hubs get deliveries faster. Remote locations take longer. Customs can add delays we can't control. Weather, holidays, and carrier backlogs all play a role.
When you place an order, you'll get an estimated delivery window based on your specific address. That estimate is our best educated guess based on historical data for your region. Most orders arrive within that timeframe, but occasional delays happen. We'll keep you updated if we see any issues with your shipment.
Processing Time
Before your order even ships, we need to process it. This includes verifying payment, pulling your items from inventory, inspecting them one more time to ensure quality, and packing everything securely. Processing typically takes one to three business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays get processed on the next business day. During major release drops or peak shopping periods, processing might take an extra day or two due to volume. We'll always communicate if there are delays.
Once processing is complete, your order ships out and tracking information gets sent to your email. From that point, the delivery timeline starts counting.
Free Shipping
Orders over $150 USD qualify for free standard shipping worldwide. No promo codes needed, no tricks. If your cart total hits $150 or more, shipping is on us.
This applies to the product total before any taxes. The free shipping covers standard delivery timeframes only. Expedited shipping options are still available for an additional fee if you need your order faster, but most customers find standard shipping perfectly acceptable.
North America Shipping
For customers in the United States and Canada, we primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and the shipping speed you selected at checkout.
United States domestic orders typically arrive within 7 to 12 days. Major cities often see faster delivery, sometimes within a week. Rural areas might push closer to that 12 day mark.
Canada takes a bit longer due to customs clearance, usually 10 to 15 days. Border processing adds time we can't predict precisely, but most Canadian orders clear customs without issues.
European Shipping
European deliveries are handled through DHL, DPD, and national postal services depending on the destination country. We route shipments to optimize speed and reliability for each specific location.
Western Europe including the UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, and Spain generally sees delivery within 10 to 15 days. Eastern European countries might extend toward 15 to 18 days due to additional logistics steps.
Brexit has complicated UK shipments slightly. Customs declarations are now required, and occasional delays occur during clearance. Most UK orders still arrive within the 10 to 14 day range.
Asia Pacific Shipping
For customers in Asia and the Pacific region, we work with DHL Express, Japan Post, Australia Post.
Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia typically receive orders within 8 to 14 days. These regions have excellent logistics infrastructure and efficient customs processing.
Southeast Asian countries including Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, and Indonesia usually fall within 12 to 18 days. Island nations and more remote areas can push toward the 20 day mark.
India shipments go through India Post and typically take 14 to 20 days due to customs processing and local delivery networks. Customs in India can be strict, so ensure your address details are complete and accurate.
Latin America and South America Shipping
Shipping to Central and South America uses DHL, Correos, and regional carriers. These regions face the most variability in delivery times due to customs bureaucracy and local infrastructure.
Mexico typically sees delivery within 10 to 16 days. Customs can be slow, but most orders clear without major issues.
Brazil is more challenging. Expect 15 to 20 days minimum, and understand that Brazilian customs is notoriously unpredictable. You'll need to provide your CPF number for customs clearance. Without it, your package will sit in customs indefinitely.
Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Peru fall somewhere in the 14 to 20 day range. Each country has its own customs quirks. Some require additional documentation or personal identification numbers for clearance.
Middle East and Africa Shipping
Middle Eastern countries including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Kuwait receive shipments via Aramex, DHL, or Emirates Post within 12 to 18 days. These countries generally have modern logistics networks, though occasional delays occur.
African nations have the widest variability. South Africa, Kenya, and Nigeria are more reliable, averaging 15 to 20 days. Other countries can take longer and face higher rates of customs delays. We ship to most African countries but recommend contacting us first if you're in a particularly remote area to confirm feasibility.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes Included
Here's the good news: all customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees are included in your order total at checkout. You won't get hit with surprise fees when your package arrives.
We handle all customs payments upfront as part of your purchase. The price you see is the price you pay, period. No unexpected bills from the delivery driver, no customs invoices arriving weeks later.
This is a big deal, especially for international customers who are used to getting charged extra fees upon delivery. We've built those costs into our pricing structure so you know exactly what you're spending from the start.
Tracking Your Order
Every shipment includes tracking. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your package's journey through the carrier's website.
Tracking updates aren't always real time. Sometimes a package moves through several checkpoints before the system updates. If tracking seems stuck, don't panic immediately. Give it a couple days. If it's genuinely stuck for more than five days without movement, contact us and we'll investigate.
International tracking can be spotty once packages enter local postal systems in certain countries. The main carrier brings it to your country, then hands it off to local delivery services that may or may not update tracking consistently. This is normal and doesn't mean your package is lost.
Shipping Costs for Orders Under $150
For orders under $150 USD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping speed. We use real carrier rates, not inflated handling fees.
You'll see the exact shipping cost before you finalize your order. No surprises. No hidden fees added later.
Remember though, customs duties and import taxes are still included even on orders under $150. You're only paying for the shipping service itself, not any additional customs fees.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows your package hasn't moved in over a week, contact us. We'll open an investigation with the carrier to locate it.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll either reship your order or issue a full refund including shipping costs. This doesn't apply to packages that tracking shows were delivered, even if you claim you didn't receive them. That's a different situation covered in our return policy.
Delays beyond our estimated delivery window happen occasionally. Customs holds, carrier backlogs, weather events, and other factors can slow things down. We'll communicate with you if we're aware of systemic delays affecting your region.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Double check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the package gets returned to us or lost, reshipping fees apply.
We verify addresses during processing and will contact you if something looks wrong, but ultimately you're responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Our Commitment
We take shipping seriously because we know waiting for sneakers feels like forever when you're excited about a new pair. We pack carefully, ship promptly, use reliable carriers, and stay on top of any issues that arise.
But we're also realistic. International logistics involves variables outside our control. We do our best to set accurate expectations and communicate honestly about what you can expect.
If something goes wrong with your shipment that's genuinely our fault or the carrier's fault, we'll make it right. If it's customs holding things up or a local postal service moving slowly, we'll help however we can, but some patience is required.
Bottom line: we want your sneakers to reach you safely and as quickly as the shipping networks allow. That's the goal every single time.
