Contact us to start a return and we'll send you a label and instructions. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Return shipping is free if we made a mistake, otherwise it's on you.

We guarantee free from manufacturing defects. If you find issues like faulty stitching, glue failure, or material problems within 90 days of delivery, contact us with photos. We'll replace the pair or issue a full refund. Normal wear and tear isn't covered, just manufacturing defects that shouldn't exist on new shoes.
