Standard delivery takes 6-19 days depending on your location. Orders over $150 ship free worldwide. Tracking is included with every order and sent to your email once your package ships. All customs duties and import taxes are included in your order total, so no surprise fees at delivery.

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn sneakers in original condition with all tags and packaging. Contact us to start a return and we'll send you a label and instructions. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return. We'll replace the pair or issue a full refund. Normal wear and tear isn't covered, just manufacturing defects that shouldn't exist on new shoes.
